We pride ourselves on our professional, passionate and proactive approach. It is our objective to become the ‘Service of Choice’ and ‘Employer of Preference’.
What Makes Us
Our aim is to stand out from the crowd, with total focus being on our pupils and their individual musical development.
Every MMS tutor is an experienced musician in their own right, in addition to being accomplished teachers capable of delivering training with patience and encouragement to all.
We actively encourage all our students to engage in ‘Music Creation’ by attending our well known, half term break, music courses. These courses are designed primarily to be active, fun, musical experiences which we feel is always the best way to encourage personal progress.
Other musical outlets exist within our company allowing access to and involvement in brass, concert, jazz and big band groups.
We are committed to maintaining high standards; therefore we constantly monitor, develop and refine our teaching models based on the feedback received from our clients and staff.
We believe that attaining musical knowledge is a discipline that supports a well-rounded education. Universities acknowledge its benefits with regard to self-determination and achievement in other subjects. It has been proven that social and business skills can also improve as a musical education promotes team work.
We believe in a team based approach to teaching and the development of good client relationships. All of our tutors are supported by one another.
We believe that transparency of costs and a focus on creating long-term valuable relationships based on mutual respect are the true measures of an excellent teaching organisation.
We believe that every student should be treated as an individual, not a number, being given the time and encouragement to ‘Realise Their Potential’ regardless of any personal attribute or lack of belief in their own ability.
We believe in providing proactive and regular feedback, keeping you informed on a regular basis through ‘jargon–free’ communications, with regard to all aspects of the development of either yourself or your child.
We believe that just as music continually evolves, an organisation such as this also needs to develop. To this end, regular staff meetings and periodic training workshops are in place to ensure our continuing high level of service.
We believe that there is no standard teaching model that exactly fit the needs of all students, individuality precludes this. Building long-term professional relationships ensures the best possible outcome to the musical aspirations of our pupils.
